SMooch Buffet!

hello all!!

i am back! i hope i can end this entry fast! i am having giddy spells every single time after work. XD and i have no idea why. its probably fatigue. my tiredness level up after work. LOL. i cant even resume my runs with the seh-ness i am experiencing.

i blamed it to the strong blasting aircon in the lab. my cough is coming back. even though, i THOUGHT i am completely healed. cause i didnt cough at all during the weekend. T.T

i cough the entire day today. T.T

le sigh. i am starting on my chicken essence project recently. a bottle a day. i hope it will help me some way or another. let me brace through this week in a pc!! i hope i don shagged myself out. XD

anyway, HAPPY STUFF!
out of random, on a fine afternoon, our intimate gf  kakis decided to go for the SMooch clothes buffet!

its our first sale we decided to go! none of us belong to the "flea/grab/sales" kind of people.
cause of the crowd, cause of the auntie-ajuma snatching of clothes in god-like speed.

nonetheless, we decided to brave the crowd and proceed for the sale!!

and guess what. its the first sale we went to queue up before the doors are opened and apparently, we were too kiasu. HAHAHAHA.
incredibly first in the queue!! OMGOMGOMGOMG!

standing right in front of the door, feeling amazed abt what we just did.
there are no one here. 0.O


nvm, its time for another round of gossip-girl talks to entertain ourselves.
and, being FIRST has got its benefit.

we attempted to be an auntie trying to grab whatever decent looking/familiar dress/top we see.
and then, rubbed our hands in glee when we saw this item used to be sth we wanted to buy from SMooch initially, but resisted cause its too ex/we have reached our clothes quota for the mth.

whenever i found such item, its ma chiam I FOUND TREASURE!! -fireworks display in the sky-
as exaggerating as it may sound, but you will be happy beyond words when you found items you wanted to own them in.

emmy and i done with our stuff while waiting for the rest to have their bags stapled!
all bags have to be stapled and firmly secured.

er, our bags were only secured for like 10 seconds before it decided to give way, and become a bullet itself. -fly to the opposite end- cause the bag is full of goodies. HAHAHAHA.


thank you SMooch for having the clothes buffet to allow us to bag home awesome clothes at cheap prices!! YEAH!

er, each bag cost $40!! but, each of us probably have an average of 10 apparels in each bag. all neatly rolled and packed by emmy in order to maximise the no of apparels stuffed in.

HAHAHAHAH. worth it to wake up early!!

i wore the green skater dress today and my colleagues love my dress. LOL. HAHAHA.

eh, i don know why i took the nurse looking dress. seems a little long and too formal for my liking. HAHAHA. i will give it away to someone more worthy to wear this! maybe to Eva. HAHA.

ok. i wanted to blog abt my 3 shopaholics outing tgt, but it really seems too crazy trying to squeeze 52 photos tgt. hence, i shall split them apart.

Right after i am back from BKK, i went for a shopaholic event! this time by M.A.C
 

it was on a nautical theme. HAHAHA. all of us clean forgotten abt the nautical theme, but strangely, YT, MH and I wore sth close to the theme!!! HAHAHAHA. at least, we got navy ok.

nah, they still let us in anyway.
 

nonetheless, MH fit the bill most. (: navy strips some more!!!

not really a fan of MAC, but i really like YT blusher on her that day. since its from MAC, i shall give it a try one day!!
its was way too crowded and chaotic and the limited space, trying to accommodate the ever growing no of ppl coming in.

but there is a catch to it though. but hor, how long can you eat there!!!! 50 mins is more than enough for you to get bloated. HAHAHA. ^^


nonetheless, it worth giving this place a try!! there are so many plates to try on!!!

but, the queue is insane. everyone wants cheap and good food. #sosingaporean.

YT was telling valerie: "veron damn funny, we wait for fel's sword fish on conveyor belt until super long. then veron went to the other conveyor belts and said "where is the sword fish??" until waiters all look at us, super boom n funny hahaha"

LOVE MY ALL MY GIRLFRIENDS including those not seen here yet, cause they are in the next entry i am posting tml.

they are the ones who listens to my rants, anger and happiness. in life, nth matters more than having friends who click and understands you. despite mentioning this for the 1000th time, they are the best thing that happened to me in 2011. ^^

i count my blessing everyday. i really think i am a fortunate person.
i have got functional hands and legs, no major illness/sickness, a happy family, a good job, AWESOME GFs and a fantastic bf. life is great.



there is really nth more i should ask for right? god is fair and we should not be greedy. i cant ask for more than what i alr have. we are all fortunate. everyone is blissed and blessed in someway or another. no need to envy you/me. life is simple and can be simple.

life is meaningful. whatever you want it to be.
lets smile and greet everything with grace.

Jaygees Fashion Show.

Went to the Jaygees Fashion Show last week! (all photos are stolen! XD cause, i cant bring my DSLR out!)
Meiho and Yingtian  and Valerie blogged abt it alr! (omg, i am so slow in blogging!)

everyone looks good!! and everyone has their own unique style in clothes. even though, we are all crazy online shopaholics over the few common brands. LOL.

looking at the clothes the model wear, i am kind of amused; wearing socks with heels.

before it become a norm in Singapore, its very likely your outfit will go straight to STOMP if you attempt to wear what the models are wearing. LOL.

truth is, i went for fun. i hardly buy from these brands. XD
i went cause, my friends are gg and i went there to join the fun!
its really such an awesome night though! we ended the night with a chit chat over at burger king!

everyone is so friendly, despite me meeting them for the first time! like, we can talk everything under the sun. and you don feel awkward at all! ^^

its my first time meeting Valerie, Yingtian, Felicia and Audrey in person!

i made a couple of new friends since last yr, through a common topic of online shopping.

its really funny (to mama, its absurd and ridiculous?) how online shopping brings us tgt and make a friendship pact ever since.

honestly, who would have thought of becoming good friends over shopping? from some unknown stranger over the cyber space where you have nv seen before, you only know them through their blogs, to become such good twitter friends,

and last week, we went out tgt for our first fashion show.

there are 3 happy things that occurred in the yr of 2011.

1. Graduated from NUS with merit. truth is, the last thing on my mind, is to able to grad w a merit degree. LOL. NUS is really not easy for my pea sized brain among so many elites there.. but in the end, i did much better than expected and XX is proud of me.

my mama happiest moment is to see me in my mortar board and graduating gown. (:

2. to find a job with friendly colleagues. no politics at all. i work in a happy environment. (:

3. to meet a bunch of awesome shopaholics over FlowerPod, twiiter, Bestofshopping LJ. after Eva, they are the girlfriends whom i am most close with alr! We trust and talk to each other abt anything.
Really, truly and seriously.

that bieng said, i don like the habit of keeping clothes of the same design in multiple colours. so i will probably sell one away!!!

i spend a OMG $99.24 on this launch. ( i just need $0.76 to enjoy free reg mail. 0.o)
i just broke my record of spending so much on a collection.

 i shall not buy anything else for 2 weeks. I CAN DO IT.
